Last day in Peru

January 10, 2008

It is so sad to expect something for some months and once you get it, it seems that times flies and is over now. Today we got back to Lima in the morning and made me sad of knowing that I would not be there anymore time went by so fast and we are leaving to go back home now. I wonder if I would come back to this country is like I would love to come back but I also know that there are so many countries that I would like to go there too, so I feel that I would not come back.
This has being the best experience that I have had, I had met great people at the best time, I have learn much more of a different culture and also of a culture that had connection with y background since I am Colombian, Leaving makes me so sad but at the same time happy because now I have more real friends and also a bunch of story to tell others.
Colleen and I spend our company the whole day by going to the Indian market and also to get my nails done, which was also interesting since they do it so different and a 9 years old child did my nails better than an experience person, we also walk around to take as many pictures as possible since I already had save more than one thousand of pictures, now all I want to is not erase them out of my memory.
I will miss even our tour director (Edwin) since he went out of his way to have us trying new things and having us happy and excited even for those mornings that we had to wake up early, thanks to him and to the people that attended and made our visit to Peru much better.
